Our staff has been trained to dig and ball trees and shrubs using techniques that have been handed down from the days when all nursery stock was dug by hand. Careful excavating and shaping of the root ball help to minimize any shock to the plant, while a unique wrapping and tying procedure ensures the root ball moves intact. We are capable of moving shrubs and trees with root balls up to 6 feet in diameter and 25 feet tall using these methods. For larger plants, a mechanical tree spade truck can be brought in to work under our supervision. LANDSCAPING SERVICES

Sometimes a specimen tree or shrub that has outgrown
its current space, or is in the way of a home renovation
or expansion project may need to be relocated. If the
plant in question is a mature specimen, it is not
usually easy to replace with a plant of the same size or
quality purchased from a nursery. In most cases, for
mature specimens like these, the plant's value is
greater than the cost of transplanting.
